Guy is an avid cyclist, keen water sports enthusiast, and self-proclaimed dreamer. Co-founder of Torpedo7, an action sports retailer. Torpedo7 Group grew to employ more than 300 people, before being fully acquired in 2016. Guy dreamed up the idea of replicating cycling on water, and founded Manta5 to bring his dream to reality.
Mark Robotham
Chief Executive Officer
Mark runs Manta5 with a straight-shooting open leadership style, with his signature operational mode of passion, pace and pragmatism to get things done. He has 20+ years’ experience in taking product development companies global, with early career paths in electronic design, manufacturing, product marketing and commercial management.
Mark joined the company in 2019, taking over as CEO in April 2020. He has successfully transitioned the company from its early stage brand building and R&D start-up phase, into a successful trading international growth company.
Felicity Morris
Chief Financial Officer
Felicity is an accomplished finance professional with14+ years’ experience in financial and commercial leadership roles in service as well as product development and manufacturing businesses.
Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Management Studies – majoring in Accounting at the University of Waikato and Chartered Accountant (CAANZ).
Felix Torija Sanchez
Vice President Sales EU
Felix brings to Manta5 distributors both his academic and hands on experience in the go to market components of bicycle industry , from distributorship down to retailing. He has essential experience working in the consumer goods, sports goods, healthcare and retail industries required to grow the new category of hydroycling across our markets with our chosen partners.
As an entrepreneur he also has financial interests in the cycling industry which keeps him in touch with the realities of retailing and tourism sectors so important to Manta5’s future.
Louis Wilks
Marketing Manager
The longest standing Manta5 employee, Louis started at Manta5 in 2016 as Marketing Manager – managing no-one and no budget. To date, the marketing team have influenced 500 million on social media, influenced 200,000+ results on Google, and associated Manta5 with global brands.
Dev Patel
Production Manager
With over 10 years of production in electronic and mechanical goods, Dev leads the charge of production for Manta5. He has taken multiple products from prototype to production, whilst working in the payment industry and health sector he has now found his calling for hydrofoilers where he managed to produce the first very bikes amid a global pandemic.
Hayden Reeves
Product Manager
Hayden brings broad technical knowledge and design management experience from a range of tech sectors (including consumer goods) and leads Product development. Joining the company in 2019 he was part of the team that scaled the XE-1 design through to a mass manufacturable product
With a passion for water sports, and mountain biking, he pushes Manta5 products to their limits, understands their technical and market potential, and is heavily involved in future product strategy at Manta5.
